If you have a date in mind, whether it be your wedding, graduation, engagement, whatever special moment you have coming up, we strongly encourage you to start planning as soon as possible! It's always better not to rush such meaningful moments, so we encourage you to plan for additional time to shop and to give yourself plenty of time for pick up or shipping before your event. Lead Times:
1. Our house collection, including our white diamond rings and gold bands, have a 4-week lead time without customizations.
2. If you want to add some fun detailing, such as hand engraving, adding flush set stones to bands or choose your own gemstones to go in one of our house settings, this process generally takes 6-10 weeks from start to finish on your piece.
3. Purchasing a piece from the showroom, or shopping from our ready to ship and one of a kind collections and only needing a resize, generally takes 2 weeks to be ready for pick up or shipping.
4. Buying a piece available online in our ready to ship collection, or from our cases at Lackadazee’s store from that does not need resizing or altering can be left with same day, or will generally ship out within 1-3 business days.
5. Rush orders are available with a fee upon approval, if you are in need of a piece in a hurry, please email us and we will do our best to help.
