By placing an order with Lackadazee, customers are subject to all of Lackadazee's policies, terms and conditions and procedures.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping Policies

Shipping estimates are based on how long your order will take to arrive.

There is a minimum lead time of four weeks for all orders, unless otherwise specifically stated. Extended lead times may be required for customizations and resizes.

Lackadazee does not currently ship outside the U.S.A.

Shipping fees vary depending on item and shipping time. Questions? Contact us.

  

Confirmation & Shipping Updates:

When your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

 

Liability & Lost/Damaged Packages:

Should a package be lost/damaged during transit, we will do our best to assist. Contact us right away if you encounter an issue with your package.

Lackadazee is not responsible for the package once the package has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, theft. 

There is a signature requirement for all orders $1000 and over. If a customer waives this signature requirement, Lackadazee is no longer responsible for that package during transit or upon delivery.

Lackadazee is not responsible for packages sent to us by customers. For this reason, we highly suggest that all packages sent to us have insurance and tracking.

 

Packaging Materials:

All items are packaged and shipped using materials sourced as sustainably as possible.

Shipping bags, tissue paper, shopping bags and branding leaflets are made from 100% post consumer recycled materials. Our paper jewelry boxes and cotton pouches are consciously sourced and designed to reuse.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return for a full refund or credit/exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Issue with your item? Check out our Warranty & Repair Policy.

Items returned/exchanged without prior notification and approval will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

 

Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee:

- Special Occassion Items

- Items with a cost equal to $1000 or more

  • Items purchased using layaway, third party BNPL plans (including, but not limited to, Affirm)

Final Sale. Not eligible for returns/exchanges:

- Items that have been altered, customized, resized, engraved

- Purchased on sale

- Permanent jewelry

 

To Begin a Return

1. Contact Us

Include the following information:

  • Name associated with order
  • Order number (4 digit number on receipt)
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for return (include as many details and images as possible)

2. Ship It Back

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Any items that fail to meet this requirement will be ineligible for a return.
  • All return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of the request being accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchange
  • It is highly suggested that customer's insure return packages for their full value. Lackadazee is not liable for any items that get lost or damaged during transit. A refund cannot be guaranteed without proof of shipping insurance.

3. Refund

  • Once Lackadazee receives and inspects the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus applicable restocking and shipping fees).

 

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent bracelets are final sale and not eligible for exchanges/refunds.

Permanent jewelry appointment cancellations are only eligible for store credit exchanges.

No-call, no-show permanent jewelry appointments are not eligible for store credit refunds.

Special Occasion Returns & Exchanges

Special occasion items are eligible for a full exchange or return within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery date, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Items that have been altered, customized, resized or purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return. This includes but is not limited to; engravings, speciality stones, customized settings, personalizations, etc.

Items that have been altered or customized, in any way, or items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.

Non-Jewelry Returns & Exchanges

Any non-jewelry items (jewelry cleaner, polish clothes, signature jewelry boxes and more) are final sale & not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Restocking Fee

There is a 15% restocking fee on the following items:

- Special occasion items (engagement, wedding & bridal)

- Items $1000 & up

- Items purchased using any layaway or third party BNPL service (including, but not limited to, Affirm).

Warranty Reminders:

Lackadazee warranties only cover manufacturing defects and do not cover loss, theft, negligence or normal wear & tear. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs that are due to normal wear & tear, negligence or that fall outside of our warranty stipulations. Any repairs, customizations or work done on Lackadazee jewelry done by a third party jeweler will automatically void all warranties. *Lackadazee is responsible for determining whether an item is eligible for a repair covered by our warranty.

 

Non-Special Occasion Jewelry:

All Lackadazee jewelry is backed by a one year guarantee. If an issue arises with your Lackadazee piece due to manufacturing* within a year from the date of purchase, Lackadazee will repair or replace your item with no additional charge.

Special Occasion Jewelry: 

All special occasion rings are backed by our lifetime warranty.

The warranty covers accent stones and issues that may arise with the special occasion item due to manufacturing, provided the customer has completed each annual check-up. Missing an annual checkup will result in the voiding of all warranties.

The warranty excludes any repairs and accent stone replacements needed due to negligence, loss, theft or normal wear and tear and main stones. 

Lackadazee reserves the right to charge for any repairs that are due to normal wear & tear, negligence or that fall outside of our warranty stipulations. Any repairs, customizations or work done on Lackadazee jewelry done by a third party jeweler will automatically void all warranties.

Permanent Jewelry: 

Our permanent jewelry is backed by a two week guarantee. Any issues that arise outside of the two week period are not be covered by our warranty.

Should an issue arise with your permanent jewelry within two weeks of the purchase date, contact lackadazee@gmail.com or call us at 502-242-7414 for assistance.

 

Repair: 

All items must be received and assessed by Lackadazee before it can be determined whether the items is under warranty and eligible for a complimentary repair. If an item is not under warranty, there may be an additional fee associated with the repair.

To submit a repair request, contact lackadazee@gmail.com with

  • The name associated with the order

  • Order number (4 digit number on receipt)

  • Reason for repair (include details and an image, if possible.

 

Shipping: 

If an item is not under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with repairs.

If an item is under warranty, Lackadazee will cover any shipping costs related to returning the newly repaired item back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Lackadazee for a repair, regardless of whether the item is under warranty.

Lackadazee is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged items during shipping. We highly suggest insuring any packages for the full amount.

Special Occasion Warranty

All special occasion items are backed by Lackadazee’s lifetime warranty, provided the customer has completed all annual check-ups.

The warranty covers accent stones and issues that may arise with the special occasion item due to manufacturing.

The warranty excludes any repairs and accent stone replacements needed due to negligence, loss, theft or normal wear and tear and main stones.

Lackadazee offers a complimentary annual check-up on all special occasion jewelry. Check-ups include a cleaning, polishing and setting checks. If an issue is found during a check-up covered by the Warranty Policy, it will be documented and resolved with no additional cost to the customer. Missing an annual checkup will result in the voiding of our special occasion jewelry warranty

Permanent Jewelry Warranty

Our permanent jewelry is backed by a two week guarantee. The customer must have the chain in their possession in order to quality for the permanent jewelry warranty.

Should an issue arise with your permanent jewelry within two weeks of the purchase date, contact us for assistance.

Any issues that arise outside of the two week period are not be covered by our warranty and will be subject to our permanent jewelry repair fees.

Lead Times

Contact us with the item in question and the date by which you would like to receive it.

There is an additional fee for rush orders.

Errors & Inaccuracies

Lackadazee is cannot be held to any good faith errors or inaccuracies that may occur. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing inaccuracies, stock inaccuracies or changes in lead times.

We are human and we will do our best to rectify any errors or inaccuracies as we see fit.

Lackadazee utilizes a variety of third parties to enhance customer experience and services.

Lackadazee is not responsible for any issues that may arise with any third party platforms being utilized on this website.

Terms & Conditions

All orders placed with Lackadazee are subject to all store policies, including but not limited to, Terms of Service.

Lackadazee reserves the right to change any policies, terms of service or procedures at our discretion.
