Special occasion items are eligible for a full exchange or return within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery date, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Items that have been altered, customized, resized or purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return. This includes but is not limited to; engravings, speciality stones, customized settings, personalizations, etc.
To Begin a Return
1. Contact Us
Include the following information:
- Name associated with order
- Order number (4 digit number on receipt)
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for return (include as many details and images as possible)
2. Ship It Back
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Any items that fail to meet this requirement will be ineligible for a return.
- All return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of the request being accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchange
- It is highly suggested that customer's insure return packages for their full value. Lackadazee is not liable for any items that get lost or damaged during transit. A refund cannot be guaranteed without proof of shipping insurance.
3. Refund
- Once Lackadazee receives and inspects the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus applicable restocking and shipping fees).
