Shipping & Handling
Shipping estimates are based on how long your order will take to arrive.
There is a minimum lead time of four weeks for all orders, unless otherwise specifically stated. Extended lead times may be required for customizations and resizes.
Lackadazee does not currently ship outside the U.S.A.

Confirmation & Shipping Updates:
When your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Liability & Lost/Damaged Packages:
Should a package be lost/damaged during transit, we will do our best to assist. Contact us right away if you encounter an issue with your package.
Lackadazee is not responsible for the package once the package has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, theft.
There is a signature requirement for all orders $1000 and over. If a customer waives this signature requirement, Lackadazee is no longer responsible for that package during transit or upon delivery.
Lackadazee is not responsible for packages sent to us by customers. For this reason, we highly suggest that all packages sent to us have insurance and tracking.
Packaging Materials:
All items are packaged and shipped using materials sourced as sustainably as possible.
Shipping bags, tissue paper, shopping bags and branding leaflets are made from 100% post consumer recycled materials. Our paper jewelry boxes and cotton pouches are consciously sourced and designed to reuse.
