Shipping Estimates

Please note, shipping speed estimates indicate when a package will arrive after your package has shipped with the carrier. 

There is a minimum lead time of four weeks for all orders, excluding ready to ship items which will ship within 1-3 business days.  Please see our up-to-date lead times here for everything else. 

 Rush orders are sometimes possible with a fee, please email us for more information.

Shipping fees vary depending on item, orders over $2,000 will come with standard shipping free of charge within the US.

All purchased items come with shipment insurance.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Confirmation & Shipping Updates:

When your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Liability & Lost/Damaged Packages:

Should a package be lost/damaged during transit  contact us right away if you encounter an issue with your package.

Lackadazee is not responsible for the package once the package has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. 

Lackadazee is not responsible for packages sent to us by customers. For this reason, we highly suggest that all packages sent to us have insurance and tracking.

Packaging Materials:

All items are packaged and shipped as sustainably as possible using recycled papers and tissue.  If you would like for us to exclude all unnecessary packaging, just send us an email!
