Appointment Details: Schedule one appointment per item

A deposit of $25 is required in order to secure a time slot. This credit will be applied to your purchase at the time of the appointment.

Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We may be unable to accommodate late appointments.

Permanent jewelry is suitable for ages 12 & up. Custom fit bracelets & necklaces with clasps can be created for children 11 & under.

Please Note: We do not offer permanent anklets. Welded anklets are prone to breakage and, with time, can become uncomfortable for the wearer.  

 

Walk Ins

Available Wednesday to Saturday during open hours.

Priority goes to scheduled appointments. We cannot guarantee walk-ins.

Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments are not eligible for refunds.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we can provide a free reschedule for a future date or a full refund with store credit. This applies to any appointments that may be affected by COVID-19 closures, travel delays, etc.

No call, no shows are not eligible for free rescheduling or a store credit refund.

 

Repairs & Additional Information

Repairs on Lackadazee permanent bracelets/necklaces start at $10. 

Repairs on non-Lackadazee bracelets/necklaces start at $25.

Additional charges may apply. Chain must be provided in order to be eligible for a repair.
